after a litlle problem with a split in the saddle, Parkers of Bolton after sales service replaced the saddle, we are well pleased with not only the service but also with good delivery, thank you my Grandson is very happy I recomend Parkers to anyone

the delivery was quick but when arrived it had a slight buckled wheel and the attachment where the wheel is fixed was bent.however my 7year boy loves it.
