Great bikes at a very good price. Did have a problem that the saddle was missing from the shipment, but this was quickly resolved. Customer Service Very Good. Would definitely recommend this product and company

The instructions that came with the bike were no use at all and they had obviously been interpreted from Chinese or similar! The bike seems very sturdy and the battery does it job with 3 speeds to choose from. One of the peddles broke after 20 miles so I have ordered more sturdy ones form another supplier.

A great bike- I held off writing until I'd had time to access the bike so here are my initial observations.I'm using the bike commuting in London. It is ideal, it gets over the ban on folders on the commuter trains which was one of the reasons for buying it. Sure it's not the smallest folder in the world but for large wheeled bikes it's very good, and folds very quickly and easily.The ride quality is excellent, and the suspension soaks up bumps and hollows nicely. All of the bits work well, the indexed gears are nice, and the brakes are good. Like other reviewers it was missing the saddle stem collar out of the box, but the seller quickly put things right.The best bit and the main reason for buying it are the electrics - it's a nice motor and very nice controller, and neat battery pack. The whole system is incredibly easy to use and responsive. Meaning, you can leave most standing at the lights and keep pace with most urban traffic.Other stuff. It is a bit heavy, but then electric bikes are. You do need to buy your own mudguards, I chose to upgrade the pedals to folding ones and put on extra reflectors. I cannot comment on battery life yet, I haven't taken it for a really long ride but performance seems to be ok. I've only ridden in fair weather so I don't know how it will perform in winter; I've no reason to doubt it will be ok.To summarise, I'm very satisfied. I tried some electric bikes, electric folders, and some very well known folders before buying this bike; in my opinion this bike is superior to all of them, very good value for money, rides well and looks good.
