The bicycle arrived promtply and well packaged, but when we assembled the bike, the front tire would not stay up when pumped.My husband took the tire off and found that a) the protected strip inside the rim of the wheel had been inserted wrong and was all twisted, so he had to fix this problem so that the spokes were not in direct contact with the tube. Next, he checked the tube and found 3 holes in it which he had to patch.Im sure you will agree, this is not what someone would expect from a brand new £240 bicycle.That aside, my son has had so much pleasure out of his bicycle and has had no more puntures to date.Im not sure whether I would recommend buying a bicycle off the internet though.!!
