back tyre bust when supposed to be new?

My review for amazon is 5 stars delivery in 2 days when I was off work perfect. Review for the company selling the bike 2 stars at maximum. Its a nice bmx but the back tyre is bust its come away from the tred amd I havent even used it yet. Its a good job I know a bit about bikes or I wouldn't have checked it. By just looking at the tyre it looks fine but when checked the inside had torn away which would have definitely ended in a very vad accident if it was driven in thag condition. Really not good. Anyone buying this bike from this company check the tyre condition completely before riding. Otherwise its a nice good bmx
