I ordered my bike on-line and it turned up 2 days later on a carrier. After unpacking it and assembling it (which was quite straight forward) I was a little disappointed to find the rear inner tube had a hole in it. So my first early evening ride was put on hold. I emailed Rutland/Amazon and a replacement was sent out, received, fitted, and rode the very next very next day.The bike rides well, the Shimano eze-shift gearing are responsive, it goes well on the hills, and top gear is fairly fast, but don't expect to win any races on it.Overall a top bike, made with quality components, and good service from Rutland.

Good bike great value

Well made and easy to assemble taking only 30 minutes to complete. The quality of components is very good for the price and all work well straight out of the box. If you are looking for a reasonable quality mountain bike this is worth a look particularly at the price. Only a small problem with a broken plastic clip for the brake cable but otherwise good.

Rutland?? stay away its a pathetic store

well ordered the bike this bike on the 18th off may and on the 30th i still have no bike i seen it for a brief hour last week when it was delivered with bent forks and buckled wheels ! sent back and still have not got the replacement ..i would say never ever buy from rutland ....i cant comment on bike yet and i will once i receive and use but Rutland are pathetic ! go to halfords least you know what to expect
