Good idea badly executed

In theory the Bike Pod does the job, but having lived with it, I'm not sure I'd buy it again. Its hard to move about as there's no prober handle and it tends to tip over a lot. The rivets holding the straps on re low quality and flimsey, one came off on first use. My biggest gripe was the service. They would not take it back even though it was broken. After many months of chasing I was send a pack of bolts which didn't fit. They then suggested I drill a bigger hole for the bolt. It was easier to get one the right size. A potentially good product spoilt by bad designa and service.
