An awesome machine, but not what was advertised.

This bike is a thing of beauty and it cruises like a dream. The single gear is perfect for mild inclines and flat landing, however the description of the product suggested that it has;REAR HUB:Shimano Nexus 3-Speed Internal 36hSHIFTERS: Shimano Revo 3-Speed Twist w/Optical Gear Displaywhich it most certainly has not. I emailed Amazon EU S.a.r.L. about my expectation that I got what they advertised and have as yet had no reply. I have checked the advertising and they are STILL suggesting that this is three speed bike. Awesome bike, but not what they sold me on their site.

This is described as a 3 speed. It is only a single speed. After many emails Amazon exchanged it for a 3-speed. However I got the impression they did not believe me. I see they still have not changed the description! If all you need is a single speed, then it is a lovely bike, but rather go for the 3 speed (ps the clue is in the name - custom 1 or custom 3)
