The inner tube has a huge hole in it and the Allen key head on the bolt was rounded off so we were unable to use the Allen key to tighten up the seat. I now have to find/buy a new bolt and inner tube after buying a brand new bike! It's a good bike but shame it is damaged and can not be used as it should be.
